Q: Are these Authentic UGG Boots?
A:As you know, the authentic UGG can only be purchased from authorized or official dealers. Our products are directly produced by ugg factory in China and send out there, that's the reason we can get and sell out at such good price. But you can take easy about the quality, we can promise they are best price with high quality. Please kindly notice these words before place order, if you get back to cancel order or return boots for the reason boots not real, 20% will be deducted for our dealing fee and bank transaction fee. Q:How do I care for my UGG sheepskin product?
A:Sheepskin is naturally water resistant and therefore small amounts of moisture will not seep through or damage it.To clean please carefully follow the below instruction:
Hand wash only.DO NOT use a washing machine.
Moisten entire surface of sheepskin footwear with clean, cold water.
Dilute Cleaner and Conditioner with 1/2 water and 1/2 Cleaner & Conditioner
Apply a small amount of diluted Cleaner & Conditioner to a clean, wet sponge.DO NOT apply Cleaner & Conditioner directly onto the footwear.
Gently scrub to clean entire area.Sheepskin has a delicate surface, which can be damaged if scrubbed aggressively, or with undiluted concentration.
Rinse in clean, cold water, do not soak boot.
Lightly stuff with paper to hold shape, and allow to dry naturally and slowly.DO NOT dry in direct heat or sunlight.
Once footwear is dry, lightly brush with with a very soft suede/nubuck brush in one direction only.
With proper care and cleaning, you can expect your footwear to last longer, but we do not guarantee that it will remove all stains nor prevent stains from occurring.

Q:Can I wear my boots in the rain or snow?
A:Sheepskin is naturally water resistant, and therefore small amounts of moisture will not seep through or damage it.For more complete protection, we recommend treating products with a Stain and Water Repellent.
Boots/shoes with full grain leather uppers are waterproof, but it is still recommended that they be treated.

Q：How do I choose a correct size?
A:Ugg boots are designed to be worn bare-fit, providing luxurious feel of sheepskin against your skin.Because of the unique properties of wool fibres, the boots will mould to the shape of your feet, resulting in unique personal fit that can not be substituted by any other footwear.Initially, the ugg boots and other sheepskin footwear should fill snug/firm around your fit.This will allow the wool to compress and for the boot to change its shape to fit with the unique form of your foot, resulting in the perfect fit and maximum feeling of warmth and comfort, provided by the premium quality materials used in lotus footwear.
If you are not sure about your size, please follow the following steps:
1.Draw a straight line, longer than your foot, on a piece of paper.
2.Place the paper on a flat surface.Stand on the line with your heel and longest toe centered on the line.If measuring a child's foot, it may be easier to hold the paper up to their foot.
3.Place a mark on the line at the tip of the longest toe and at the back of the heel.
4.Repeat steps 1-3 for the other foot.
5.Measure the distance between the marks.Taking the larger of the two measurements, use the conversion chart to find your correct shoe size.

Q:When will I receive my order?
A:Express Mail Service takes 7--10 days for delivery, DHL takes 5 days. And we require 1-3 business days to process an order for shipment. so, Processing time + Shipping time = Delivery time.

Q:Can I change my order?
A:yes, you can email our customer service representatives this before your item is sent out. however, once the item is despatched, we can not change or cancel your order.

Q:How to get wholesale price?
A:yes, wholesale price is available. you need to email our customer service representatives firstly. whole price depends on the quantity of your order. and we only receive payment by western union for wholesale business.

Q:I did not receive my package, what do I do now?
A:please email our Customer service representatives firstly and check with your shipping address is correct or not. We will check with your shipping status online by tracking number asap. if the item is still in our country, we will ask shipping company to update it or find it. If it is out of our coontrol and comes to your country or custom or post office, sometimes we need your favor to call your post office for details. if we got the confirmation from shipping company that the item has already lost, don't worry, we will send you replacement asap.

Q:How long will it take to process my return?
