Shipping:
1,We ship wordwide. shipping cost depends on where you are located and the weight of the items.(you can check the shipping cost by "Estimate Shipping" in your shipping cart when you place your order).


2,We provide and DHL with you to ship your items. Usually takes 7--10 days for delivery; DHL takes 5 days for delivery. if you need your item urgently, please choose DHL as your shipping method.


3,Usually we need 2 - 3 days to prepare your item. A tracking number will be offered by email when we send them. any doubts, please email our customer service.


4,We promise to spare no effort to make sure you receive your item in time but we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by bad weather, insufficient address info, the heavy load on postal services and customs during holidays. (Friendly reminding: In busy season, please try to choose DHL to ship your item, Christamas day is coming for example. or you can give us your order in advance. those will be much helpful for you to get your item earlier in busy time, because there is always a "traffic jam" during transportation.)


5,Please provide us correct shipping address (we send items only according to shipping address you offered).All boots will be delivered by the parcel force "Recorded Signed for" delivery service, which means a signature will be required from the recipient upon the boots’ arrival. (All parcels will be hold for picking up if it cannot be singed or delivered.) This service ensures you that your boots will arrive safely and directly at your position. So please provide us with detailed and correct address that can be reached by the parcel force.

Return or Exchange are available!


For exchange:


Exchanges are only allowed when the boots are defective or damaged upon receipt, not as per your order or not proper size. Email us firstly because returns without a return authorization from us will not be accepted and you can get the return address. All items can only be exchanged for replacement at the equal price. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges during the whole exchange process. Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.


Items purchased with a discount code may only be returned for exchange.


For Returns:


Please specify the reasons by email for return, be sure to specify.If it is permitted,Customer service representatives will give you the return address. and you need to make sure that:


1,Boots must be free of wear and tear and must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. Dirty shoes will be returned to the customer, without evaluation.


2,All packages should be sent via a traceable method, such as Royal Mail "Recorded Signed for" delivery service, US Mail Delivery Confirmation.we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. so please offer us tracking number for return shoes within 7 days.
we will deduct a 25% restocking fee (including the original shipping postage and depreciation fees) for returned order.So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.
Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
"The product does not look like the ones in your picture."
"The product is not what I imagine it to be."
"I am not satisfied with this product."
